Healing and Alignment Therapy.

When working with people, assessing the positions of their bones and how these can be moved into a more comfortable place, I find I can also tune in to my own body and feel where the adjustment is needed and in what order to work.

This may sound strange but I know several healers who can do this and find it most useful.

For instance, I am working on someone’s hand. It is not clear which direction a bone needs to be moved as it is such a subtle move and the hand looks just like their other hand, in which there is no pain.

However, they are complaining of pain at that point. I ask, within myself, to sense what needs to be done and precisely where. I then notice a pain in the area in my own hand. This is usually a reflection, that is, if I am in front of the person and they have trouble with their left hand, then I will feel it in my right hand. If I am behind them, I will feel it in my right hand.

I now know where to work more precisely and, as soon as the adjustment has been made correctly, the pain will go from me.

This is such a useful tool for me to use; at times other healers who use this same method can tell me while I am working with someone. I do the actions and they do the sensing or vice versa.
